When I meet my clients for the first time, I ask as many questions as possible to assess their needs, wants and dreams.

I am particularly proficient at sorting through the plethora of available properties to find homes that meet my client’s criteria, preferred location and as many of their dreams – I won’t waste your time with houses that just don’t fit!

My Process

Home Visits

Based on your schedule, I will coordinate a time with the selling agent to view each property. While touring the home with you, I will point out areas of concern, as well as the positive aspects as I see them. I will; always be honest, direct and informed with whatever I share with you.

Offer Process

I try and determine the sellers motivation and needs in order to obtain the best terms for you and structure the offer to best suit your needs. I also have current market knowledge and do extensive research to ensure you are buying a great property and not paying too much. I will guide you through the offer process and advise you on what we can do to improve the odds of your offer being accepted.

Closing

I want to make the closing go as smooth as possible and will finalize all the loose ends, before they become an issue. Even after the close I will provide ongoing support and will be with you for years to come!
